North Carolina quarterback Max Johnson has announced his plans to return to the Tar Heels in 2025 following a season-ending injury.
Johnson, a redshirt junior, suffered a torn ACL in his right knee during the team's game against Virginia Tech on Sept. 16. He underwent surgery to repair the injury and is expected to miss the remainder of the 2024 season.
